The Bull Rush Story - “A girl behind the brand”

Kerry Mosey received formal training and subsequent industry recognised qualifications at the Douglas Mawson Institute of TAFE in Adelaide, South Australia. She excelled in all areas of the fashion field, and as a result was honoured with an invitation to return to the institute as a lecturer for 11 years.
Coupled with her qualifications and a love for’ all things country’ Kerry recognised a niche market for quality, locally produced clothing aimed squarely at the Australian rural market demographic after 3 years of quality testing in 1994 Bull Rush Clothing registered.
Kerry continues to juggle motherhood with the demands of overseeing a business, has the sort of story that’s worth telling and is an inspiration to anyone who has ever wanted to experience the realisation of a lifelong dream. This is a girl who started with a simple idea (and big expectations). BullRush is a true testament of hard work, determination and the continued investment in Kerry’s’ skills. Kerry’s dedication to all aspects of her business from its inception include, design, management, patternmaking, production, photography and graphic design. She knew exactly what it was she was trying to achieve and has played out what truly is a great Australian fashion success story.
BullRush is a household name both national and internationally a recognised brand selling unique, preppy Australian and contemporary country clothing. With a strong emphasis on detail, quality and lifestyle Kerry’s pieces are timelessly valuable
