Refund policy

BullRush Clothing Pty. Ltd. maintains a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt and/or proof of purchase.  Please read below for conditions.

We do accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit only, to be used within 3 years. Please email sales@bullrush.com.au for approval first. Once instructed on how to proceed, all approved returned items which receive a store credit are valid for 3 years which can be used online.

Upon the instance an item may arrive faulty or damaged:  

We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives to the customer either faulty or damaged. Proof by way of photos on the day of arrival or within 7 days is required by return correspondence, a resend is our first option. Upon approval a reply with direction of how to return the faulty item will be sent. Once the return item is received your replacement may be reissued and corresponded by the same manner. 

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s. When returning please fill out the returns form that is provided with your order. Once your return has been received, we will be in contact with you. BullRush is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning therefore we suggest a tracking sticker is applied and recorded by you.

If you purchase a discounted item or an item during a sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit only to the amount paid at the time of purchase. If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.  If no proof of receipt can be supplied BullRush clothing Pty .Ltd. reserves the right to refund to the lowest price that item was ever sold at.
